Visit of the President and Vice President of Conference – Friday 7th February – Sunday 9th February 2020

We are looking forward to welcoming the President (Barbara Glasson) and Vice President (Clive Marsh) to Wales over the weekend 7-9th February.

During this time there will be a number of visits and events (for example to Momentwm’s Big Day Out in north and south, the Amelia Trust Farm, and Cardiff Chaplaincy amongst others) culminating in a shared bi-lingual communion service at St Paul’s, Aberystwyth on Sunday 9th.

However, there are 2 ‘open’ events on Sat 8th February, one north and one south, on the Presidential theme of ‘So what’s the story?’ to which we’d like to draw your attention and encourage circuit colleagues (lay ordained and supernumerary) to attend. They are:

10.30-12 noon at Craig-y-Don Methodist Church, Llandudno with Rev Dr Barbara Glasson (President) and

10.30-12 noon at Jersey Marine Methodist Church, nr. Swansea with Prof Clive March (Vice-President)

We would be grateful if you could share this information with circuit colleagues with your encouragement.
